What does the price include?
Your medication, clinician care, lab work at Quest or Labcorp, coaching and shipping. There is no membership fee.
Why is the monthly price lower on longer plans?
Longer plans cost less per month. You pay for the full term at the start, and your medication still ships every four weeks.
What counts as a month?
Each month of your plan is a four week supply. A 12 week plan includes three shipments. A 52 week plan includes thirteen.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You can request a refund for any month that has not been filled. Once a month's medication has been ordered, that month is not refundable.
Will I qualify?
A licensed clinician decides after reviewing your intake. Not everyone qualifies, and your clinician may recommend a different medication than the one you chose.
Are these medications FDA approved?
Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients by licensed pharmacies. They are not reviewed or approved by the FDA.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. FSA and HSA cards are accepted. We do not accept American Express.
Why does testosterone start with a $50 lab fee?
Treatment begins with a baseline panel at Quest or Labcorp. The $50 covers that first panel. Follow-up labs are included in your plan.
